its funny how sometimes you have acquaintances or friends you know for so many years.. but yet you dont really know them.. dont feel this level of connection that belies the many times you spent together.. dont feel the closeness that is expected of friendship that has weathered numerous storms.. and yet there are some people whom you just met.. and it feels like youve known them forever.. like every meeting was just like any other.. whether its the 2nd or 20th time you've met.. conversations flow freely and there is almost nothing you wouldnt share with the other but for a few hidden secrets you save for the brave few that dare to venture into your cave of terrors.. The only thing thats missing is the level of trust you have that if anything should happen to you.. the other person can be counted on.. that privilege is only for those who have actually stuck it through with you all the years..
