im high.. so ill make this quick

just got back from a gig.. went to see my favorite local band lunarin.. they were brilliant as usual.. had to wait bout 5 hours before their perfomance but it was worth every second.. the guitarist was fantastical.. he's my guitar idol! oh and the band before them were great too.. sourgrapes.. the singer was a dead ringer for the stereophonics singer.. at least in terms of artistical output.. and plus they were probably the tightest band there.. anyway back to lunarin.. and although a certain someone might disagree.. it was not all about the lead singer okay! i truly dig the band for its music too..

so the story goes that after the gig.. coz my local music kaki eugene sort of hooked up with them before so we went for dinner/supper together at kopitiam near hotel rendezvous.. it was SO COOL! we had dinner and lotsa beer.. which kinda explains why im a little woozy now but it was really cool coz we got to chat with the band and to know them better.. i was totally star struck.. thank god for alcohol.. but i was gushing in front of the guitarist how much i loved his playing la.. how embarrassing.. and im not just talking about the guitarist.. same goes for the singer and drummer.. both equally shiokedelic.. i mean how many of us actually have the opportunity to sit down and have dinner with your music heroes.. seems like a lame word to use but my brain is incapacitated.. its like a dream come true you know.. totally ecstatical kind of feeling to it.. so anyway now that we made friends with them we're going to see them mix the album.. i cant wait!
