the stereophonics are back to fine form with their upcoming album language sex violence other.. just finished sampling an advance copy and the first song definately impresses.. unlike 'you gotta go there to come back'.. which didnt really sit well with my palette

i went to a doubleyellowline acoustic gig yesterday at yusuf ishak hall down at nus and i am absolutely blown away by this band called lunarin.. look out for that name because they are obscenely good.. the singer emotes her dark gothic lyrics with such sincerity that your heart bleeds for her.. the guitar player grinds his licks and solos out so skillfully you wonder if he's human and the drummer accents his beats and accompanies the band with such understated subtlety and dependable rhythm you'd hardly realise its what is driving the heart of the song.. so if you have a chance.. check them out.. im a new fan
