the pastures of grass jelly may not be greener after all

saturday looks good to me.. what a mouthful for a band name.. but then again you know these indie supergroups.. the longer the better.. anyways.. if you like indie pop as mucho as i like broccoli and bittergourd.. which i actually do for your information.. then try it out.. not the broccoli and bittergourd silly.. the music.. no im serious.. i REALLY enjoy broccoli and bittergourd.. i have always been one to eat my peas and carrots.. i cant understand why people dont like peas.. they are so cute and round.. and they are so munchable.. oh oh... pea soup.. deelish.. what about bittergourd.. dont forget the humble bittergourd.. a definate staple in my yong tau foo soup.. which i havent had in a long time speaking of which.. the dull bitter taste really gives me a kick man.. but then again.. i am quite the bedroom sadist.. closet super freak..

they have changed the chin chow ingredient in yeo's chin chow drink.. yes the jelly.. it is harder.. how would i know? i KNOW.. because everyday after primary school i would walk to the hawker center nearby to buy a packet of chin chow for 30 cent small packet.. 50 cent big packet.. usually i would take the big packet.. but sometimes.. or should i say most of the time.. the uncle would be sold out of chin chow and seeing soya bean is a morning drink rather than an afternoon drink.. i would decline the uncle's generous offer and walk over to the neighbourhood provision shop run by this old ah ma who died when i was in primary six.. to buy a can of yeo's grass jelly drink for 70 cents.. so i as you can see.. i would have drank a lot of yeo's grass jelly drink to know the difference.. grass jelly and me is like peas in a pod.. since we're on the subject of peas.. okay that didnt make much sense....
